Lack of Hygiene

Indian people especially men, who chew pan tend to spit anywhere. Children should be taught the habit of spitting only in wash basins. If they have a cold they should be taught to spit into a tissue paper which should be thrown in a dustbin. In urban areas people defecate in the open. They can’t be blamed for this. The government should take steps to give them the facility.
